Exclusive luxury Villa on a cliff directly above the sea offering every comfort and breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean and Tenerife’s North Coast. Welcome to your private first sea line hideaway with the most stunning views of the Island. The architectural concept builds on the unique exposed location and opens the Villa to the sea and the entire North Coast of Tenerife while maintaining complete privacy. Indoor spaces merge with the outdoors. The high-quality modern-minimalistic fittings provide the perfect stage for the spectacular landscape and nature, characterized by the infinite expanses of the Atlantic Ocean, the sounds of the sea surf, and the Island‘s wild sub tropical North Coast overlooked by the majestic Teide volcano. Your views will widen and your perspectives will change when watching the unique natural spectacle unfolding around you.

Entering the property through the automatic entrance gate will bring you to an ample parking lot. From here you will pass through the wooden entrance door entering an impressive 150 sqm open space living, cooking and dining area surrounded by huge floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and terraces merging indoor and outdoor spaces and offering breathtaking 180 degree views of Tenerife’s entire North coast, Mount Teide and the Atlantic ocean. The large designer kitchen is fully equipped with the latest generation appliances - fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, Smoothie maker - and an ample selection of dishes, glassware and everything to ensure that even ambitious cooking and dining will be a pleasure. A professional wine fridge will display your favorite Reds and Whites at perfect drinking temperature. The water tap has a filter system providing top quality drinking and cooking water. The 3 x 1 m solid wooden dining table provides ample space for eight guests. You may find it hard to concentrate on the delicious local food given the table’s spectacular position right above the ocean. You can also enjoy breakfast or cooking together while sitting at the bar counter on the large kitchen island. Or do you prefer al fresco dining? Just move to the adjacent terrace where you will find another table for eight. Needless to say that a professional barbecue will also be at your disposal. The almost 5 m ceiling living room area features a large leather sofa, lounge chair and a hanging central fireplace, the perfect place for reading, listening to music or just relaxing and soaking in the incredible landscape with the 3.700 m Mount Teide right in front of you. Or you may decide to watch a movie or your favorite sports or Netflix series on the 55” QLED Smart TV and Sonos Playbar home theater system with international satellite reception(Astra). Walking down the light flooded stairwell which has been partially opened towards the sea with large windows you will reach the second floor where you will find two spacious bed room areas, each with a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), own terrace, Smart TV and fully equipped en suite bath with walk in shower, separate toilet/bidet, hair dryer, soap, shampoo. In addition, the main bed room area features a large dressing room and a freestanding bathtub overlooking the ocean. On the ground floor you will find the third (double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m) and fourth (2 single beds 0.90 x 2.00 m each) bedroom which share another fully equipped bathroom. One bedroom also has a Smart TV. They have direct access to a terrace and the adjacent pool deck. On this floor you will also find a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The gym area featuring a collection of cardio and weights equipment for your work out and a state of the art sauna is also located on this floor. It has large sliding glass doors giving direct access to the pool deck and providing direct views of the ocean.

The pool deck is fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for up to eight guests. It features a spectacular infinity pool (which can be heated at additional cost) right above the ocean and an outdoor shower. It is surrounded by a tropical garden with many different palm trees and tropical plant species, including bananas, avocados, mangos and passion fruit, and a herb garden where you can harvest your own fruits and herbs. There are several corners where everyone can find their favorite place. And when you watch the buzzards hunting in the cliffs and the sun plunging into the sea right in front of your pool while hearing nothing but the sea waves and the Dolphins that regularly meet for their evening chat in the bay in front of the Villa, you know that life cannot get any better… Optional Additional Services Upon request we are happy to offer additional on-site services, such as catering, private chef, massage, baby sitting at additional costs.

Your villa has been tastefully fitted with high quality natural materials and furniture in a modern minimalistic style and is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology – alarm system, solar panels, High Speed Wifi in the entire house, incl. outdoor areas, floor heating and cooling, adjustable lighting system throughout, Sonos sound system in every room, including terraces and pool deck. Attention has been given to every detail for your complete comfort and relaxation.

The Neighborhood Crystal Ocean Villa is located in the Municipality of El Sauzal. It provides a unique combination of privacy and walking access to the village. El Sauzal is one of the best maintained communities on the island. There are no hotels, only local life and individual tourism. A two minutes walk from your Villa you will find a beautiful park with water fountains, an abundance of tropical plants and a charming Cafe. A five minutes walk uphill will take you to El Sauzal’s center with a beautiful old church and townhouse, an excellent example of traditional Canarian architecture. Here you will also find an indoor market and small supermarket, a bakery, pharmacy, several Cafes and good restaurants. We recommend AIE Gastro Bar and Nila for food and Terrazas del Sauzal for drinks, a perfect place to enjoy a sun downer, second only to your own Villa’s terrace. Strolling further through the village will bring you to the ice cream parlor at Mirador de la Garañona. A little further up the village you will find another must visit: Casa del Vino - a historical Canarian finca converted into the Island’s wine museum featuring a Vinoteca and tasting room, where you can find the entire collection of Canarian wine, and a very good restaurant for traditional Canarian cuisine. In the village you will also find a well maintained sports center with tennis, squash, padel, etc. courts that are available for hourly rentals.The closest of the many Golf courses on the Island is a ten minutes drive from your Villa. El Sauzal also offers many cultural events throughout the year. Beaches Thanks to Tenerife’s privileged climate you can swim in the sea throughout the year. Water temperatures range between 19 degrees in winter and 23 degrees (Celsius) in summer. There are countless beaches to explore. El Sauzal has a wild rugged coast with natural volcanic pools fed by the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Playa Bollullo - volcanic sand beach, considered to be one of the most beautiful on the Island, expect waves - 15 min. Playa Teresitas - white sand beach, undoubtedly among the most beautiful, calm waters, great swimming throughout the year, all amenities - 30 min. Exploring the Island El Sauzal is favorably located between Santa Cruz/La Laguna and Puerto de la Cruz, making it an ideal base for excursions. Although you may find it hard to leave your private little paradise, you should not miss the many sights the Island has to offer. Few examples: Stroll through La Laguna’s old town (UNESCO world heritage) - 15 min. Shopping in Santa Cruz, maybe followed by a visit of the fish market for Langostinos and a glass of cava - 20 min. Puerto de la Cruz - 15 min. La Orotava (old town) - 15 min. Loro Parque - 20 min. Garachico - 40 min. North airport - 15 min. South airport - 60 min. Hiking Due to its most diverse landscape - from deserts to rainforests, from high mountains to sea - Tenerife is among the world’s premier hiking destinations. Few examples: Canadas del Teide - the way up there is the most spectacular scenic drive you can imagine. It will take you from the sub-tropical vegetation surrounding your Villa through the Corona Forestal, a vast forestal area featuring some of the finest samples of pine trees on the Island and in the world, to a surreal moon landscape some 2.300 m above sea level. There are countless hiking paths along the way. The most ambitious may climb up to the top of Mount Teide at some 3.700 m (special permit required, to be applied for well in advance). Anaga Mountains - close to your Villa on the North Eastern part of the Island, yet appears to be a world apart. A wild, rugged and largely inaccessible mountain range featuring enchanted rain forests, lush barrancos and some of the most exciting vineyards in the world. Masca Canyon - Probably the most famous hike on the Island, check the internet General Information Although there is a bus station and taxi stand in the village we recommend to rent a car. Rentals are readily available at moderate cost. Everyone is welcome in this spectacular property. But please be aware that due to the Villa’s unique location on a cliff directly above the ocean it has many stairs, terraces and an open infinity pool. We therefore do not recommend this Villa for families with small children, non-swimmers and persons with walking disabilities.
