Apartment with a wonderful view of the Moselle
The holiday apartment is in the upper area of Pölich with a wonderful view of the Moselle.
The light 34m² apartment has a large living room-kitchen and a sleeping area with a double bed separated off by shelving. The apartment offers two people a pleasant holiday. In combination with the second apartment, up to six people can be accommodated comfortably. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room has a radio, TV, Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin and a 90cm shower.
The apartment is accessed through a separate entrance. Outside you can find a terrace, a grill area and a children’s playground. The apartment is barrier-free and provides all the necessary comfort.
The surroundings have a lot to offer. The centre is about 250 metres away and it is about 500 metres to the nearest restaurant. There are shopping facilities about 2km away. A swimming pool/outdoor pool, golf course, tennis court, fishing and riding facilities, as well as a lake with a beach for swimming are just a short distance away.
