This is a small, very well-kept holiday home in the small town of Oštro, approx. 10 km from Crikvenica, very close to the sea! Ideal for a relaxing vacation!

The 30 m² studio apartment offers a living, sleeping area with kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the entrance to the house there is a terrace with chairs. Sun loungers are available in the garden, which guests can use freely. There is also a shared covered terrace where the grill is located.

    “das Häuschen direkt am Meer ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp, picobello sauber .... die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter äusserst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich ..... in der Nachsaison ein toller Urlaub für Ruhe suchende mit Hund Positiv: das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt und somit ein abolutes Hundeparadies .... auch das Auto ist in Sicherheit Negativ: kein Geschäft in der Nähe, aber mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant - allerdings in etwas weiterer Umgebung”

    Gute Ausstattung, Parkülatz auf dem Grundstück, schöne Unterkunft.
    Inhaber hilfsbereit. Negativ: Sehr offen, jeder der zum Strand aus dem Haus geht, läuft direkt an der kleinen Terasse vorbei.
    Gäste aus dem Haus schauen direkt auf deinen Teller, wenig Privatssphäre.
    Schlechte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, nur 1 Restaurant in der Nähe, die anderen auf dem Campingplatz haben Imbisscharakter.

    “Super nettes Häuschen! Hatte genügend Ausstattung (Herd mit 4 Kochplatten, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Sandwich-Maker). Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat war, dass wir unsere eigene Terrasse hatten! Super sauber! Wir haben nach einer Woche frische Handtücher bekommen und frische Bettwäsche.
    Für die Klimaanlage mussten wir pro Tag 6 Euro zahlen! Fand ich ein absolutes No-Go, bei dem Preis den wir für zwei Wochen bezahlt haben!!
    Die Besitzer sind super freundlich! Bitte viel englisch mitbringen da die Besitzer kein Deutsch sprechen :)”
