Apartments Villa Roza are located in Orebić on the south-west, sunny side of the Pelješac peninsula. It has all together 4 spacious, modern apartments, each with separate entrance and including most important facilities like free wi-fi, free gated private parking lot and outdoor seating space. The house is located in the calm street in the very quiet neighborhood, but at the same time very close to the main Orebić beach, Trstenica. All other attractions, including the city center are in the walking distance.

Villa Roza Apartments are walking distance to the main beach ( 200 Meters ) grocery stores, a winery, restaurants, shopping and a short walk to the center of Orebic. You can park your car and forget about it during your stay at Villa Roza.

This unit has a nice balcony.The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. With a very large parking are you can park a large camper or boat or have plenty of room to park your car.Villa Roza also includes solar heated outdoor showers, a whole house solar heated boiler with continuous hot water, an outdoor grill, hammock, balconies, lush greenery with olive and fruit trees,

The main beach ( Trstenica ) is just a 3 minute walk from Villa Roza. At Trstenica Beach you can enjoy swimming, fishing, water sports, a cafe and fast food restaurant, diving, sunbathing, boating and all sorts of aquatic activities all in the crystal clear waters.
Korcula. Just a short and scenic 15 minute ferry ride from Orebic lies the UNESCO world heritage site of Korcula. A spectacular day trip.
Did we mention that Peljesac is the wine capital of Croatia? With dozens of nearby wineries, including the renowned Dingac and Postup villages right next to Orebic, Peljesac is a wine enthusiasts dream.
Peljesac has many different beaches. Like this one named Divna just on the opposite side of the peninsula. A 20 minute drive from Villa Roza Orebic.
Situated under the mountain St. Ilija, Orebic offers many hiking opportunities. Climb all 900 meters of St. Ilija for some of the best views around.
