Holiday apartment with a private sea view balcony for up to 5 persons This is an apartment for up to 5 persons in a stone family house surrounded by a garden, in an elite part of Dubrovnik, Ploce, only 150 m walking distance from the Old Town and popular town beach Banje. It features views of the sea, the island of Lokrum, Dubrovnik Old Town and City walls view. All important monuments, galleries, churches, museums, restaurants, caffe bars, performances are within a short walking distance. The cable car station is 150 m from the apartment as well as the bus stop for City bus No 8 (to Gruz - port of Dubrovnik) and No 5 (to Lapad peninsula).
There is a big terrace in the garden, covered by a pergola - it is for the sole use of guests staying in this apartment. Of course that is a very pleasant space where you can enjoy your drink and where smoking is allowed.
This apartment is on 2 levels: the level at the entrance is about 45 sq.m and comprises well equipped kitchen (cooker with electric oven, combined electric and gas plates, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, deep freezer), living-dining area, one bathroom with shower/toilette,, as well as the bedroom (1 double bed +1 single bed) with balcony. The cable car and the bus stop for local and inter local buses is 100 m away as well as the mini markets. All important museums, monuments, galleries, churches, restaurants, caffe bars, performances are on a short walking distance.
