Beautiful Apartment in Zaglav with Private Parking
Our two-bedroom apartment is situated in Zaglav, a small village in the southern part of the island Dugi otok. It's an apartment with separate entrance on the first floor in our house. It is located in an attractive and secluded position, not far from the beach. Surrounded by greenery and beautiful island unspoiled nature, it provide unforgettable holidays in peace and quiet.
From the large terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. The yard around the house, which you can use as a parking space, is 50 m2. Shared grill (fireplace) is allowed. You will rest your body and soul surrounded by the refreshing greenery of the fig trees as well as vines, laurels and indigenous island native species (especially big pine trees behind apartment). Of course, natural greenery is on all sides. :)
To the our apartment (to the spacious terrace overlooking the sea, surrounded by figs and laurels) you come up the stairs. You can dine on that terrace in the shade, in peace and quiet. Guests will have the following facilities available: *hallway: We enter the apartment, into a huge hallway. All guests are delighted with the comfort of the apartment! There is a workdesk and led TV. *the kitchen and dining room: The kitchen (dining room) is equipped with all the basic amenities (cooker, oven, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, dishes, cutlery ...). *bedrooms (2): Both bedrooms includes a double bed, single bed and wardrobes. In one bedroom is sofa, too. We have a baby cot too, but it is available only on request (while reserving rooms). *bathroom: The bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, low small table, water heater, hair dryer. An air conditioning is placed at the end of the hall. We also offer ventilators.
You can park for free in our yard (maximum one car per group of guests), as well as at the ferry dock, wherever you are comfortable. There is a gas station on the Zaglav ferry dock (only gas station on all islands of Zadar region). There is also a small shop near us (walking distance, few min.) where you can buy basic supplies. The bus also comes close to the ferry dock, but operates only on the Sali -Zaglav-Žman-Luka line. The neighborhood is quiet, people simple, the older population prevails. Nature well preserved, traffic rare. Our family was among the first to move from the old part of the village on the hill to this new part near the sea (in the 60's). Fisheries and agriculture were primary at that time, and today tourism is increasingly developing. In the neighboring small town of Sali, there is a larg and much cheaper supermarket (Tommy), a larger restaurant supply and several smaller shops, a pharmacy, a doctor - an ambulance, a post office, a library...
You can taste and buy the excellent homemade eco-products we produce on our small island family farm (fig and plum jams, dried figs, olive oil ...).
