Enjoy your living in this well designed, fully equipped, comfortable, quiet and very clean apartment of 6th floor with a huge veranda-balcony full of plants and Greek herbs. The ancient Greek style fountain "The lady and the dolphin" will offer you an unforgettable experience. It is an ideal apartment for a solo traveller or a couple and for leisure or business travel. This apartment is offered for short and long term stay throughout the year. It is a licensed apartment and legal for rental. Free Internet via WiFi and door bell camera are included.

HEALTH GUIDE
Health and hygiene practices are applied in the apartment. Disinfectant products are provided for free during your stay. Health Guide and Guide of the National Organization for Public Health are posted in the apartment including med contact information. National Regulation: Disposable mask and one-time-use gloves are necessary to wear them in public transportation (bus, metro, subway, train, tram, yellow trolley), taxi, and any closed-air space. Updates will be posted here for your convenience.

SAFE AREA - DIGITAL GUIDE - WELCOME
The apartment is located in a safe and friendly area and in a residential building. During check in, we will welcome you in person with social distancing and provide you with our digital guide, map, brochures and useful information to enjoy your stay and the city of Athens. We will be available during your stay to assist you and inform you further if you would like to. We will also meet you during check out.

TRANSPORTATION
- Ampelokipi Metro station: 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It takes 4 min to get to Syntagma Square (Constitution Sq.) by metro and 6-8 minutes to reach the Acropolis by metro. Also by metro to Athens Airport in 30'
- Bus and yellow trolley: 5 minutes walking distance from the property
- You can reach downtown on foot and by the National Library and University (Panepistimiou street) in 20 min
- Bus stop to Athens Riviera is within walking distance of 14 min from the apartment

On Wednesday an open air green market is held only 2 blocks away from the apartment. Open from 8 am to 4 pm. They sell local fruits, vegetables, sea-food, and flowers.

This apartment consists of one bedroom with closet, an inviting living room with flat screen TV and many books/magazines in English language, a kitchen fully equipped with e-stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and all the essentials including hair dryer.
The huge veranda-balcony will offer you a private dining area to enjoy your meals and a relaxing atmosphere. This Green Paradise is a hidden gem in Athens. It is waiting for you to come and enjoy your special moments with your loved ones.

The balcony has a round dining table with 4 chairs, a wooden bench with comfortable pillows, flowers, Greek herbs and an amazing fountain for your eyes only. You can utilize the barbeque to cook your own meals and enjoy them in privacy.
There is free street parking and 3 private building parking-lots in our neighbourhood.

There are two elevators in the building for your convenience.

- Super market is across the street and at the corner on the left (2 minutes walking from the apartment)
- Pharmacy is across the street on the left corner (2 minutes walking distance)
- 2 Bakeries are on our street (3 minutes walking distance)
- George's Grill House, (5 minutes walking distance)
