House in Montgo De Toscamar with Private Pool and Spectacular Views

Casa Casiopea is a luxury 4 bedroom villa, ideal for large families and groups that want the space to spread out and relax. Set in the 'Montgo Mountain National Park' only 10 minutes drive from Jávea, This villa offers a bit of everything for everybody and is set in beautiful landscaped gardens.Whether it´s the peace and tranquility that this villa offers or the hustle and bustle that places like Benidorm (40km), Calpe (10km), Alicante (90km) or Valencia(90km) enjoy; we think that Casa Casiopea can offer it all..Voted the 8th healthiest place in the world to live, Jávea (Xábia) is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Situated in a quiet up-market residential area of Jávea and benefiting from the protection of it´s mountain ensures that we have our own micro-climate and fantastic year round temperatures. We are only 5 minutes drive to the quaint 'Old Town' of Jávea or 10 minutes to the beautiful 'Port' where fishing is still a way of life or the 'Arenal' which is famous for it´s 'Blue Flag Beaches'Casa Casiopea is perfectly placed to offer something that is just that little bit special.

The villa has sufficient parking for up to 3 hire cars and is a short walk to the covered entrance which opens into an impressive hallway
Living & Dining Space
The lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is flooded with light and has fantastic views over the pool, gardens, and valley beyond. There are patio doors that open fully onto the impressive, covered seating area that looks out over the pool area. The terrace has a large circular dining table with seating for 8 people and is ideal for alfresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area and large table offers everything you could need so that mealtimes are never an issue. Perfect for families
Bedrooms
Top Level – Two impressive King bedrooms, one with an en-suite. Both bedrooms are light, bright and have sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases. These two bedrooms open onto the large upstairs terrace and seating area with spectacular views of the valley, perfect for a morning coffee.
Ground Floor – Two Large King bedroom, one with en-suite. This level has a separate bathroom. These rooms have direct access to the lounge.

All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

The spectacular views of the Montgo National Park from the pool terrace are the star of the show at Casa Casiopea. With a large 10m x 5m pool it´s a great place to sit around with a good book, admire the fantastic views of the valley in front and the mountains behind whilst topping up your tan.The large pool terrace is perfect for alfresco dining where you can choose between a charcoal or gas BBQ. There is more than enough seating, sunbeds and parasols for every member of your group.If shade is what your after then the impressive covered outdoor terrace boasts a large seating area and dining table for 8 people. The area is cooled by fans and is the perfect place to relax from the heat of the day.Why not move upstairs to the large outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the valley. A great place to sit and chat whilst topping up that tan and sipping a marguerita.

Casa Casiopea offers features which make it stand out from others; The impressive poolside BBQ house with kitchen and gas & Wood BBQ`s with a poolside Dining Table & Terrace Dining Table both with seating for 8 people. A Relaxing Seating Area with shade all of this is perfect for alfresco living.The fully enclosed gardens are perfectly safe and secure with, shaded areas under the trees, cactus and various potted plants. They offer a sense of privacy and luxury for you and your group.All our guests receive a ´Complimentary Welcome Pack´ to give you the basics on your first day, ´Beach Towels´ to use whilst you're with us, allowing you more space in your suitcase for those extra clothes & ´Complimentary High Speed Internet WiFi´ so that you´re always connected.

As Casa Casiopea sits in the national park it is perfect for those that want to go out and explore. If walking is your thing then the national park offers a number of walks and trails that you and your group can enjoy. For the adventurous among you why not climb the Montgo mountain at 740m? The views really are breathtaking.
