Colwins Place Condo 4 sleeps 2 guests and a baby

Colwin's Place is located on the northern end of the island of Grand Turk, Turks and, Caicos Islands less than a 15-30 minute bicycle ride from the beaches, historic and other attractions, grocery stores and, restaurants.


Colwin's Place's one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is equipped with a full kitchen with modern appliances, a living room, a dining room/office table, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is a home away from home nestled in a garden with a beautiful gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture that seats eight (8) guests and a lovely lanai that can seat up to twenty (20) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just a meeting and greeting. 


Colwin's Place Condo # 4 has a queen bed that sleeps two (2) adult guests or one (1) adult guest and two (2) children guests, and a crib that sleeps a baby guest one-year-old or less (Guests must request in advance the use of the baby crib, high chair, baby changing mat, and baby bath tub as these items are not in the condo, but on the property. Guests must pay upon check-in a cash damage deposit of US$100.00 to use each baby item). If there are extra guests, the nightly rate for each extra guest is US$15.00 and the living room sectional sleeper sleeps two (2) extra guests. The maximum number of guests, including a baby one-year-old or less, that Condo # 4 sleeps is five (5).


At the time of booking Condo # 4, all guests must input the exact number of guests who will occupy the condo. The host has the right to turn away the unregistered extra guests as only the exact number of registered guests in the booking will be accepted to stay in condo # 4. Hosts may allow guests to contact Atraveo.com or hometogo.com to change the reservation to reflect the exact number of registered guests and guests must pay the extra guest fee of US$15.00 per guest per night. Lastly, the host reserves the right to report the unregistered guests to Atraveo.com or hometogo.com and the host may ask Atraveo.com or hometogo.com to cancel the reservation and issue no refund to the guests as this action violates the host House Rules regarding unregistered guests. 


With the cool unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze flowing through the large living room and the kitchen windows with the elegant Home Decorators Collection window blinds open and the efficient high-velocity circulation of cool Atlantic Ocean breeze by the Hunter ceiling fans, Colwin's Place condo # 4 has, at most times, constant cool Atlantic Ocean breeze flowing through the condo all year round keeping the condo very cool, especially during the summer months.


Collin's Place endeavors to protect the natural environment by employing the use of LED light bulbs for guests' benefit, large reusable dispensing bottles to dispense body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion, and guests' free use of bicycles (bicycle use does not pollute the environment). Additionally, Colwin's Place has a PUR Plus water filter installed onto the kitchen faucet so guests may enjoy, (free of charge) clean, crisp, and tasty filtered water to reduce guests' use and reliance on bottled water as plastic bottles are not good for the environment. Often Colwin's Place will employ other environmentally friendly practices to reduce Colwin's Place and its guests' carbon footprint on the natural environment and to save and protect it. 


Colwin's Place welcomes all guests, including Short/Midterm Guests, business guests, Digital Nomads, and guests with babies.

Nestled in a beautiful garden is Colwin's Place Condo # 4. GUESTS DO NOT PAY EXORBITANT NIGHTLY RATES TO STAY IN CONDOS ON THE BEACH. BOOK COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 4 NOW AND YOU WILL ENJOY RELATIVELY LOWER NIGHTLY RATES, (LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS PER NIGHT) AND YOU MAY USE COLWIN'S PLACE BICYCLES FOR A FEW MINUTES BICYCLE RIDE TO THE BEACHES WITH FREE-TO-USE BEACH UMBRELLAS AND BEACH TOWELS.

The nightly rate for each extra guest is US$15.00 and Sectional Sleeper to sleep, extra guests. The maximum number of guests, including a baby, in Condo # 4, is five (5).


If you are a beachgoer, Colwin's Place condos are outfitted with FREE TO-USE bicycles, beach umbrellas, and beach towels or if you just want to enjoy the open air and breathe in the unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze or just have a sun tan, the lanai is the best place to be; make sure you have a cold drink in hand as it pairs well with the cool tropical weather.  


Guests at Colwin's Place are free to use the gazebo and lanai for relaxation whilst enjoying an afternoon tea or your favorite wine or cocktail while using the BBQ Grill, free of charge, to cook your eclectic or local cuisine.


FOUR (4) BICYCLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS TO USE, FREE OF CHARGE, TO TOUR THE ISLAND, DO BANKING, DO GROCERY SHOPPING, AND FOR GENERAL TRANSPORTATION.

Fenced property on which is a Beautiful Gazebo and Lanai. Guest must be 25 years or older to book.


Smoking is ONLY allowed OUTDOORS under the LANAI. Absolutely no smoking under the GAZEBO.



Colwin's Place is centrally located within a 15-30 minute bicycle ride from the major beaches, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, dive shops, and attractions, including the Lighthouse. Colwin's Place is located off the main road and nestled in a cozy and secluded garden setting. From the lovely gazebo and Lanai, guests can watch the sunrise whilst sipping a cup of tea or coffee and watch the sunset whilst sipping a glass of chardonnay or merlot. When guests select Colwin's Place as their home away from home guests just have to bring their vacation attire as all their bed linen, towels, toiletries, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and, other essentials are available free of charge for their use.

HOUSE RULES:

Smoking is ONLY allowed outdoors under the LANAI; no smoking is allowed under the GAZEBO, and the GAZEBO is for all guests to enjoy, especially families, couples, and, guests who do not smoke and prefer a smoke-free environment.


GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO WASH ONLY ONE (1) DAY UP TO THREE (3) LOADS FOR UP TO A SEVEN (7) DAY STAY AND WASH ONLY TWO (2) DAYS AND UP TO THREE (3) LOADS ON EACH OF TWO DAYS DURING AN EIGHT (8) DAY OR MORE STAY. MID-TERM GUESTS MUST WASH ONLY ONE (1) DAY DURING EACH WEEK OR SEVEN DAYS AND UP TO THREE (3) LOADS ON WASH DAY.

GUEST MUST ADHERE TO THE WEIGHT LIMITS OF EACH OF THE BEDS IN THE BUNK BED: THE WEIGHT LIMIT OF THE UPPER BUNK BED IS 200 LBS., THE WEIGHT LIMIT OF THE LOWER BUNK BED IS 300 LBS. AND THE WEIGHT LIMITS OF THE TWIN BED IN THE TRUNDLE IS 175 LBS.


GUESTS MUST DUST ALL BEACH SAND OFF THEIR CLOTHES AND BODIES BEFORE SITTING ON FURNITURE, BEDS, AND CHAIRS.


GUESTS MUST TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE BICYCLES, WHICH ARE FREE FOR GUESTS TO USE, AND GUESTS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FINANCIALLY IF THE BICYCLES ARE STOLEN OR DAMAGED AND GUESTS MUST LOCK BICYCLES WHEN NOT IN USE ON AND OFF THE PROPERTY.


GUESTS MUST LATCH, AT ALL TIMES, THE MAIN ENTRANCE GATE TO AVOID ANIMALS, INCLUDING HORSES, DONKIES, AND COWS, ENTERING THE PROPERTY TO DAMAGE VEGETATION. GUEST MUST NOT ENGAGE WITH AND FEED STRAY ANIMALS, LIKE CATS OR DOGS, IF THEY HAPPEN TO FIND THEIR WAY ON THE PROPERTY AS COLWIN'S PLACE OWNERS DO NOT HAVE PETS AND DO NOT ENCOURAGE STRAY ANIMALS ON THE PROPERTY.
