Exclusive 5 Bedroom South Facing Family Villa with Pool

Villa Joyza is a large, spacious 5-bedroom villa ideal for those that want the space to spread out and relax. Set in the ‘Montgo National Park’ this villa offers something for everyone and is ideal for large families & mature groups. The villa is situated in an exclusive area of Javea in a quiet residential street, perfect for those that want a relaxing, stress-free holiday. Whether it´s the peace and tranquility that this villa offers or the hustle and bustle that places like Benidorm (40km), Calpe (10km), Alicante (90km) or Valencia(90km) enjoy; we think that Villa Joyza can offer it all..Voted the 8th healthiest place in the world to live, Jávea (Xábia) is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Situated in a quiet up-market residential area of Jávea and benefiting from the protection of it´s mountain ensures that we have our own micro-climate and fantastic year round temperatures. We are only 5 minutes drive to the quaint 'Old Town' of Jávea or 10 minutes to the beautiful 'Port' where fishing is still a way of life or the 'Arenal' which is famous for it´s 'Blue Flag Beaches'Villa Joyza is perfectly placed to offer something that is just that little bit special.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 3 hire cars and is a short walk upstairs to the covered entrance which opens into the lounge & dining area.

Living & Dining Space
The large open plan lounge is flooded with light and has two double doors that open to the outdoor terrace that has fantastic views over the pool, gardens, and valley beyond. The terrace has a large dining table with seating for all your guests and is ideal for alfresco dining with a large gas BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen is also connected to the upstairs terrace and has everything you could need to cook your meals. The separate dining area and large table offers everything you could need so that mealtimes are never an issue.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A king bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite and air conditioning. Large outdoor South facing terrace.
Bedroom 2 – A king bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 – A king bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite and air conditioning. This bedroom connects to the poolside terrace.
Bedroom 4 – This bedroom has bunk beds suitable for children. The bedroom has fans and shares a bathroom with bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5 – This bedroom has twin beds. The bedroom has fans and shares a bathroom with bedroom 4. The pool table is situated in this room.

All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'

The large south facing terrace with its 10m x 5m pool is private and secure, with the backdrop of the impressive Montgo mountain. It´s a great place to top up that tan as the ‘Pool Area’ enjoys 10 hours of sun a day and is perfect for those that just want to soak up those rays.At lunch you do not have to move far from that sunbed. With steps up to the first-floor outdoor terrace, the large dining area has views of the pool and impressive valley in front. Use the large gas BBQ to cook local delicacies or the large fully fitted kitchen which connects to this area, perfect for alfresco dining.You are never on top of each-other in this beautiful house. Maybe you fancy escaping to the upstairs ‘Chill out Area’ to read that favourite book or sit and talk with a cocktail in the downstairs covered terrace whilst the kids are in the pool. Everyone can have their own space.

Guests will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everyone. It offers peace, tranquillity and space for large families and groups and is only 10 minutes away from Javea with its ´Blue Flag Beaches´, bars and restaurants.All our guests receive a ´Complimentary Welcome Pack´ to give you the basics on your first day, ´Beach Towels´ to use whilst you're with us, allowing you more space in your suitcase for those extra clothes & ´Complimentary High Speed Internet WiFi´ so that you´re always connected. We want to make sure that you keep coming back year after year.

As Villa Joyza sits in 'El Montgo National Park', one of the most exclusive areas of Javea. It is perfect for those that want to go out and explore. If walking is your thing then the national park offers a number of walks and trails that you and your group can enjoy. For the adventurous among you why not climb the Montgo mountain at 740m? The views really are breathtaking.
