By train-shuttle: Take the airport train-shuttle to Brussels North Station, scheduled every half hour, the ride takes about 15-minute, with a one-way ticket costing you around eleven euros. R213 is located at about a 10-minute walk from the Brussels North, or a 5 minutes ride.
