Beautiful villa with private pool in Le Marche, at a short distance to the centre of Montegiorgio, in the heart of Le Marche countryside. This characteristic town is set on a hill top where you can enjoy a wide panorama that stretches from the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini Mountains, from the Mount Conero to the Gran Sasso of Italy. Thanks to its strategic position, guests could easily reach the sea and the most characteristic towns of the area. The house was furnished with taste and functionality to guarante the highest comfort during the stay. It is surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool and offers equipped outdoor living spaces, ideal for al fresco dining. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, includes a second house that will be closed when guests are present.

The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there are two living areas to relax, kitchen and dining room, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower.

MONTEGIORGIO
Montegiorgio spreads over a territory of about 47 sq km in the middle of the “Media Valle del Tenna” (valley). It is situated at the top of a hill that reaches an height of 411 above sea level, in an area where ancient Piceno and Roman populations settled, as witnessed by numerous and significant archeological finds. The centre of Montegiorgio is set on a hill relief, characterised by a triangular layout and crossed by narrow medieval streets, that converge to a central square. Remains of castle walls, some narrow man-sized streets and precious traces of past centuries visible in the stones of the churches and palaces, give to this town an elegant atmosphere.
TO VISIT
Particularly valuable is the present seat of the city hall, that still preserves an historic archive and the theatre, built in the period between 1870 and 1884 and designed by the architect Giuseppe Sabbatici, a little jewel of neoclassicism. Moreover, there are many churches such as: the church of San Francesco, once known as Santa Maria Grande in Georgio, that rises from the top of a hill, historically called “Colle Carfagno”(hill), overlooking one of the most evocative horizon that the territory offers; the church of San Giovanni and Nicolò in neoclassical style, the church of San Michele in baroque style, the church of Santa Maria della Luna and the church of San Giacomo.
CURIOSITY
Even if preserved in bad conditions, in the territory of Montegiorgio you can admire a house almost entirely made of straw and earth, built in previous centuries.
