This detached villa offers stunning panoramic views from east to west coast. It is located on a cul de sac near public transport and the beach. This property is ideal for holiday makers looking for beautiful views, quiet, sun, privacy, yet still want the beach and other amenities nearby.
The villa was renovated in 2014-2020 and is divided into two levels: entrance area with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large living area with sitting area and dining table. The new modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, refrigerator, ceramic hob, steam extractor and oven leaves nothing to be desired. A staircase from the living area leads to the lower level. There is another bedroom, a bathroom, a utility area with washing machine and clothesline and the children's playroom with lots of toys and two single beds. All bathrooms and the kitchen have been completely renovated. Likewise the windows including roller shutters and the pool area with swimming pool and shower. WiFi, flat screen satellite TV (with German channels), DVD player and a Playstation 3 are available free of charge. You can enjoy sea views from all rooms. The house has two hot water tanks.
The detached villa also has a private pool (9m x 4m, renovated 2020 with stairs), surrounded by a large terrace with barbecue, a balcony, a private garden with palm trees, flowering plants and a lawn and a private parking space in front of the house. The balcony offers seating for up to ten people. The pool area is very spacious and offers sun all day. Sun loungers, parasols, table and chairs and an outdoor shower are available. And all this with a fantastic view over the entire coastal region.
Smoking is not permitted in the house. Youth groups are not permitted. A car is recommended.
