Holiday apartment at the heart of Venice, very close to Rialto Bridge
If you would like to live like true Venetians, then this holiday apartment at the heart of the lagoon city is just the right place for you.
The apartment is on the first floor of a renovated historical residential building and is suitable for a maximum of six people. It measures 80m², is modern and at the same time comfortably furnished. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining space, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (200 x 200cm), the other has two single beds (150 x 200cm). You can make yourselves comfortable in the living room on the sofas in front of the TV or sit together at the table. The sofas can be converted into two wide single beds if required. All the rooms are comfortable and are fitted with heating and air conditioning. Internet access is free of charge.
A grocery shop, a restaurant and a bar are practically on the doorstep. The location is ideal for exploring Venice, just a few steps from Rialto Bridge, and just a couple of minutes’ walk from Piazza San Marco. The nearest vaporetto stop (San Sivestro, line 1) is right nearby.
If it is requested, in the case of only two guests, and, with a minimum advance of two weeks, to sleep in separate rooms, a surcharge for laundry costs will be calculated.
