„Casa Cuore“ is a holiday home, set within complete nature – ideal for strolls, completely calm and there is a swimming pool (9 x 4.50m, depth: 1.30m) at the guests’ private disposal.Enjoy outdoor life:A part of the property is fenced (around the house, about 500 sqm) and for everyone’s joy equipped with a swimming pool with deckchairs and sun-umbrella. The spacious veranda with table, chairs, gas barbeque, small fridge is ideal for your dining al fresco. The house is located close to the characteristic village of Montefegatesi. There is a grocery and a pizzeria in the village.Parking in the vicinity of the house. The last three kilometers of road to reach the house are not paved.Day trips:You have the possibility, during your stay at Casa Cuore, to visit many places: the medieval hamlet of Montefegatesi, which sticks high on a rock, the village of Pratofiorito, ideal for a stroll till the famous „Orrido di Botri“with its impressive canyon. Bagni di Lucca, with its fantastic therapeutic springs, the casino, supermarket and many shops, lies only 13 km away. The airport of Pisa can be reached in 1 hour 20 minutes. The city of Lucca lies at 40 km. Nice day trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi.Entrance on the back onto the 1st floor (also considered ground floor, as the grounds are set in terraces): spacious living-cum-kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, living room with 1 double bed settee, fire-place, SAT-TV, 2 window doors with exit onto a terrace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with 1 additional fold-out-bed, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine (1 room on the ground floor which remains closed).Modern furnishings with cheerful painted walls, big windows.Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us.
