This beautiful and comfortable vacation home with pool and jacuzzi for six people is located in Loborika near Pula, surrounded by nature. Here you can spend a relaxing vacation. The interior of the house is divided into two floors, which are connected by an external staircase. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of which has an outside entrance. Also, a large living room, dining room and kitchen with access to the covered terrace are located on the first floor. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom, a kitchenette and a large living area where there is a pool table. The courtyard with pool is beautifully landscaped with lots of flowers. Relax in the large jacuzzi. The large covered terrace is ideal for dining and socializing on summer days.

    “Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren eigentlich sehr schön, leider aber nicht wirklich gepflegt, der Pool war die ganzen zwei Wochen nicht wirklich zu benutzen, da der PH Wert und der Chlor Wert absolut nicht passten. Die Vermieterin war zwar bemüht und hat uns auch zum essen eingeladen, dass das Wasser in Ordnung kommt hat aber nicht geklappt. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit schönen alten Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet, die Schlafräume hingegen mit sehr alten, teilweise kaputten Möbeln. In den Kästen in den Zimmern befand sich viel Gerümpel und Kleider.

    Die Sauberkeit bei der Übergabe hat sich auch in Grenzen gehalten, verschimmeltes altes Brot wurde in der Küche vergessen, Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht wirklich, WC Papier war keines da und musste selbst besorgt werden, volle Aschenbecher und so weiter... Bei verschiedenen Wetterlagen kam es immer wieder zu starker Geruchsbelästigung aus dem Abfluss der Badezimmer.

    Liegestühle gab es leider nur 5 im Garten obwohl uns noch welche versprochen wurden (wir waren sieben Personen). Das mit Abstand aber nervigste war, dass die Vermieterin jeden Tag mindestens einmal vorbei gekommen ist... ohne Voranmeldung stand sie plötzlich auf der Terrasse. Überbleibsel ihrer Besuche: Zigaretten, die sie im ganzen Garten liegen lies.

    Fazit: wer keine oder wenig Ansprüche stellt, für den ist es sicher sehr schön hier.
