The house is situated in sizeable grounds on the edge of an estate, the beautiful Bollerup and in the middle of Österlen. The farm is run as a school with agriculture. The horse farm is surrounded by an undulating landscape, besides horses and cows, sheep and pigs are housed. Excursions: Kåseberga Hammars Backer, Glimmingehus (castle with knight games), Tomelilla Sommarland, Ystad zoo, Hasse and day Fimmuseum in Tomelilla, Simrishamn and Ystad. The medieval castle Bollerup can also be found on the estate. If you like to swim in the sea, go to Sandhammaren, the Borrby beach or to reach for Ystads Sandskog in 15 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is the market in Kivik or Köpingsberg vineyard where champagne can be tasted are. The houses S01251 and 603844 are nearby. On the estate are music store, gym and tennis courts available (is homeowners for reservations for contacts). In the restaurant of Bollerup you can eat breakfast or lunch (working days). You can bring your own horse. Bollerup is a simple, beautiful place with good opportunities for an eventful stay. Not far from the road.
