This is a detached, well-maintained holiday house with a garden, on the site of a rural estate from the 19th century. The quiet location without through traffic ensures a relaxing stay. The owner's family lives in the main house on the same property.
The former regional town Teltow is on the southern edge of Berlin, in the so-called Speckgürtel. It is therefore ideal accommodation for relaxing and finding peace and quiet after an exciting day in the capital. Nearby you can find a range of everyday amenities within walking distance.
The listed holiday house, extensively renovated in 2015, provides 62m² of living space and presents itself as a maisonette with a sociable, largely open-plan concept. The ground floor comprises an open living, dining and sleeping room, a walk-in wardrobe, a semi-open kitchen and a shower room with a WC. A spiral staircase in the living room leads up to the gallery, which leads to a sleeping gallery and a study gallery with an additional bed. On the left there is a generous double bed (180 x 200cm), with a bedside table and reading lamp on either side. On the right there is a pull-out single bed with a variable size of 80 x 200cm or 160 x 200cm. You can relax in the living room on the generous suite with plenty of seating space. This also offers a fifth person a bed measuring 120 x 190cm. You can sit on the comfortable leather sofa, with a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV providing entertainment in the evening. Next to the sofa there is plenty of room for a dining table with four chairs, which can easily be moved outdoors through the terrace door in fine weather. The compact kitchen with a breakfast counter and two bar stools is equipped with a two-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, small electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin with a large illuminated mirror, and a WC.
Next to the living room there is a terrace of around 15m² with additional living space. There is also a grill. The fully fenced, shared garden provides green lawns and trees with shade. There is very good parking in the quiet residential street right in front of the door.
Teltow has had to lose its former glory to Berlin. It is easy to get to Berlin, Potsdam and surroundings from here. You can shop at a shopping centre a few minutes away. Many cafés, restaurants and a bakery await your visit within 200 metres. The S-Bahn train station is 1.3km away, so the capital is within easy access.
