The holiday house is very centrally located in the south-west of Cape Coral, in a quiet and privileged residential area. The house is on a cul-de-sac used mainly by the residents. It is therefore also ideal for children to play. The house is in the yacht club area and by the San Diego Canal, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico a few minutes away. There are no bridges or weirs.
The family-friendly holiday house provides around 145m² of living on a site of around 930m² for up to six people. The villa comprises three bedrooms with carpets, a living and dining room with an open kitchen and a utility room. All the rooms have air conditioning and are fitted with ceiling fans. The comfortable master bedroom with a great view towards the pool has a flatscreen TV, its own bathroom with a bath and integrated shower, a hairdryer and a walk-in wardrobe. The bed (160cm wide) has high-quality mattresses. The stylish and light bedroom with a queensize bed (140cm wide) also has high-quality mattresses and a flatscreen TV, as well as a big wardrobe. These two bedrooms were tiled in summer 2017. The sunny twin bedroom with a view of the San Diego Canal is furnished with two box spring single beds with comfortable mattresses (90cm wide) and a large wardrobe. Between the queen and the twin bedroom, there is the second guest bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The modern bathroom offers ample space and also has a hairdryer. The generous living room with an open kitchen and dining space is tiled. The exclusive and fully-equipped kitchen with a granite breakfast bar provides everything you need, including a microwave, a ceramic hob with an oven, a dishwasher, a Tassimo capsules coffee machine, a toaster and a side-by-side fridge with an integrated ice maker in the freezer compartment. The dining space affords a great view of the pool area and the saltwater canal. The glass sliding doors can be opened directly onto the veranda. The living room provides a modern leather sofa, a large flatscreen TV, a Sony Airplay loudspeaker with wireless transmission (for iPad, iPhone etc.), as well as a new sofa landscape, a carpet and various accessories. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, clothes stand, iron and ironing board.
The pool area and the cosy lanai/veranda faces south-east and is paved. The pool has electric heating. There are three sun loungers, a modern lounge group for relaxing, as well as a dining space for six people and a gas grill. The pool area and veranda are completely covered. The big garage provides direct access to the house and has various accessories for the pool area (inflatable mattresses, swimming bands, fishing rods, balls etc.), as well as beach accessories (beach chairs, a parasol, toys for the sand, a coolbox). Use of the accessories is inclusive and should be returned in the same condition. You can park your car conveniently in front of the garage door. The garage is not available. Pets are not allowed. It is ideal for boat and canoe enthusiasts. The boat quay is also a wonderful spot for fishing.
A German-speaking and competent house administration takes care of you on arrival, introducing you to the house and available to assist with any queries or with hiring a boat.
The Rotary Park with a playground is about a 15 to 20-minute walk away across Pelikan Boulevard. Admire the little butterfly house. Guided tours are free. The Yacht Club Cape Harbour/Westin is just a few miles away, where you can not only admire great yachts and boats, but also stroll through the little shopping passage and enjoy a delicious drink at one of the bars or restaurants. Once a week, a live band plays an open-air concert. The yacht club community with a fine sandy beach, a barbecue station, public toilets, tennis courts and a swimming pool is about a 10-minute drive away. In Cape Coral you can find many good restaurants and recreational facilities such as bowling, minigolf or carting.
