    “Sehr ruhige, abgelegene Lage zwischen Waldrand und Kuhweide (sporadisch sind mal sechs Kühe zu sehen). Keine Nachbarn, kein Verkehr - einfach super. Kinder können auf dem Grundstück spielen (Schaukel, Rasenfläche und Fußballtor), ohne dass sie ständig im Auge behalten werden müssen. Der Zugang zum Wald ist nur über die Kuhweide möglich, der Wald direkt am Haus ist leider durch einen Zaun abgetrennt.
    Der Weg zum See geht durch den Wald, 20-30 Minuten sollte man einplanen. Wir hatten im Herbst allerdings eine Plage von Hirschlausfliegen, die vor allem im Nadelwald sehr lästig waren.
    Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Auch ein großer Fernseher mit deutschem Programm ist vorhanden (haben wir allerdings nicht getestet). Betten sind in Ordnung, Bad und Dusche auch. Es liegen viele Informationen zu Aktivitäten und Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung aus. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kam einmal zum Rasen mähen vorbei. Preis/Leistung stimmt besonders in der Nebensaison. Die zusätzlichen Stromkosten lagen bei uns für drei Wochen im September mit zeitweiliger Nutzung der Elektroheizung bei gut 100 Euro.”

    “Das Haus ist für Menschen die nicht mitten auf eine Partymeilen wohnen möchten sehr gut geeignet. Alles war sauber und sah mit liebe gepflegt aus. Der Fernsehempfang war zu unsere Zeit technisch nicht sehr gut, aber damit hatten wir keine Probleme.”
