This is a holiday apartment in a detached aparthotel in a secluded location right by the long sandy beach at Almiros. You can benefit from a quiet location, surrounded by an eight-hectare, very well-tended site. Almiros is a little village between the well-known Acharavi and Agios Spiridon, at the foot of the highest mountain in Corfu – Pantokrator at 906 metres. It is right on the north coast of the island, nestled between long sandy beaches and a nature reserve.
In total, the house comprises eight spacious apartments on the first and second floor (each around 70m²) and four studios in the lower part of the house. The garden with a lawn is for shared use. There are parking spaces right by the house.
The house built in 1976 has kept its charming character owing to care and maintenance. Your apartment with two private balconies provides 65m² of living space. The interior comprises two air-conditioned double bedrooms with access to the balcony, affording a view of the sea before going to sleep and when waking up. It also has a fully-equipped separate kitchen and a living and dining room, also with access to a balcony. The daylight bathroom has a bath with a shower curtain, a WC, bidet and washbasin. The two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that are next to each other as a double bed, as well as reading lamps on either side, a dresser and a wardrobe. The living room includes a dining table with five chairs. The kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-ring hob and oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine.
The sandy beach is just 20 metres away. The centre is about 2km away. On the way there, you can find cafes and restaurants, as well as grocery shops about 1 kilometre away. Walking paths start just 100 metres away. Corfu town with its airport and ferry harbour is 35km away. Almiros is a starting point for walks, mountain hikes or a pure seaside holiday.
