This charming holiday house with pool is located in the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, in the village Nova Vas. The new-value domicile with a modern design was fitted to meet the needs of families. The ground floor consists of a living room and three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathrooms, which offers more privacy and comfort. Enjoy the rural view because the place itself is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves while the surrounding restaurants invite you to linger with traditional and fresh dishes. Discover the long rocky beaches around the town of Umag and enjoy wonderful water fun in the nearby Aquapark Istralandia. Also worth a visit is the Baradine cave.

    “Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht! Die Kontaktaufnahme und die Schlüsselübergabe haben reibungslos funktioniert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und ein Telefon im Haus (um die Besitzer "jederzeit" erreichen zu können) haben uns zusätzlich überzeugt.”
