Holiday apartment in Bergen am Hochfelln

The three-star holiday apartment is on the upper floor of our three-family house. The living and dining room, as well as the balcony, afford a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding mountains and of Bergen. The whole property enjoys a particularly quiet, central and sunny location. It is only a few minutes to the village square.

There is a parking area by the house. The roofed balcony has a table and two deckchairs.

The apartment was newly built in 2007 and has a quality interior. It measures around 60m2 and comprises a bathroom, kitchen, living room-bedroom. The new built-in kitchen is fully-equipped and the bathroom includes a washing machine and dryer. The living room is equipped with a stereo system and cable TV. The electrically adjustable footers and headers of the bed are a special highlight. You can use a telephone and Wi-Fi. It is possible to set up your own intercom. The rooms in detail: the living room has a big panoramic window with darkening blinds, a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, a Halogen ceiling lamp, a side table and lamp, a stereo system, cable TV with remote control, high-quality parquet flooring. The dining room has a two-seater sofa, three chairs, a dining table, a cupboard and high-quality parquet flooring. The bedroom area provides two beds, a dresser, seating, a skylight and high-quality parquet flooring. The hallway and entrance area have built-in wardrobes. The bathroom comprises a washbasin, an illuminated wall mirror, toilet, shower, towel radiator, electric ventilation, a washing machine and dryer, a skylight and a white-tiled floor. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, extractor fan to the outdoors, fridge with freezer compartment, skylight, high-quality parquet flooring, cookware and tableware.

We are classified as three-star. We would qualify as four-star were it not for the combined living room and bedroom.

    “Wir haben für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder dort gebucht. Positiv: Die sehr netten Vermieter, die gute Ausstattung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt und die tolle Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf die fantastische Bergwelt des Chiemgaus. Restaurant: Griechisches Restaurant mitten im Ort - Gute griechische Küche: auch Fisch und tolle Vorspeisen, nicht nur Fleischgerichte. Ausflüge: Seilbahn auf den Fellner - Bergen ist Ausgangspunkt für die Seilbahn zum Fellner, dem Hauptberg des Chiemgaus”
