This is an idyllically situated guesthouse with five comfortable holiday apartments in a cosy and quiet village at the foot of Hochtannberg, between the Arlberg and the Bregenzerwald, not far from the southernmost tip of Bavaria. The house is surrounded by a wonderful mountain setting in the Unterboden area, about a kilometre from the village centre of Schöcken. There is a bus stop right behind the house with free transfers to the skiing and hiking area.
Apart from the fabulous location not far from the skiing areas, the guesthouse offers wellness areas such as an outdoor whirlpool, an infrared cabin and a solarium. Children will enjoy the play room. There is a shared garden outside with a grill and each apartment features a private balcony. On the first floor there is the holiday apartment property no. 620656 measuring 60m² and with two bedrooms for four people and the apartment object no. 1280101 with two bedrooms for four persons. One floor higher there is holiday apartment no. 480747 of the same size and with one bedroom. Next to this apartment there is the generous maisonette apartment no. 1197413 for up to eight people, with four bedrooms and measuring 90m². The apartment (object no. 1585710) with three bedrooms for eight people is accessed via the upper entrance (only one step). All the apartments offer a relaxing, independent holiday owing to fully-equipped kitchens, cosy living rooms and two bathrooms each.
The balconies provide garden furniture for meals outdoors, with a wonderful view of the valley. The outdoor whirlpool and a lawn with a grill area round off the outdoor area.
The special features include child-friendly amenities such as a vehicle park with a chubby car, scooter and other vehicles in front of the door. In winter a sledge and toboggans are available. The site provides ample space to play in the snow. During the summer period from 1 May to 1 November, the Bregenzer-Card is included for stays from three nights, which means free entry to the mountain experiences in the Bregenzerwald such as cable cars, swimming pools and public transport.
There are local shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as specialist ski shops about 1000 metres away. The downhill ski piste is just a kilometre away and the ski bus stops in front of the door. It is about 8km to tennis courts and swimming pools. Enjoy the picturesque landscape on your trips.
