Holiday House in Rerik with Private Parking

The Baltic Sea village Rerik – the former fishing village is idyllically situated between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff, a little Baltic Sea bay opposite the Wustrow peninsula. The “Traumbrise” thatched house is in the Baltic Sea holiday park Rerik, which consists of various newly built holiday houses. It is about 1000 metres from the beach and right by a little forest, where you can find an ancient burial mound and watch deer on the fields in the morning.New build, completed in 2017 – lovely two-family thatched house right by the edge of the forest, with a sauna, fireplace and high-quality interior

The two-family house is on a site of around 1250m², which is fenced to a height of around 1 metre, so dog owners can relax. Two cars can be parked one behind the other by the house and bicycles can be locked away in the bicycle shed. The living and dining room opens onto the large south-facing terrace (20m²). The big garden table for up to 10 people invites you to enjoy a sociable grill evening. An electric grill is available in the bicycle she. Charcoal, open fire and fireworks are prohibited due to the fire risk of the thatched roof. A maximum of two dogs are welcome.

The house, completed in July 2017, is ideal for families with children, a multigenerational holiday, a holiday with friends, colleagues or as a couple. The ground floor has a large living and dining room with a cosy leather corner suite, satellite TV, a radio/CD player, a iPod and USB port, a fireplace stove and a big dining table for 10 people, as well as a high-quality and fully-equipped kitchen with a big fridge and freezer compartment, an induction hob, extractor fan, raised oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is also a big shower room with a sauna. The modern bathroom consists of a sauna, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms and a wellness bathroom. The beds all have adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. All the bedroom windows have fly screens and darkening blinds. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed 180 x 200cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe and satellite TV. One of the bedrooms has a safe for your valuables. The wellness bathroom provides a bath, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The converted attic is ideal for children. It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a desk and a wardrobe, the second with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe, sideboard and satellite TV.

This part of the Baltic Sea is characterised by large rapeseed fields, as well as by an elevated location over the Baltic Sea with a pleasant breeze. Rerik itself is centrally located between the Hanseatic towns Rostock and Weimar (world cultural heritage sites). The Baltic Sea towns Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm (the white town by the Baltic Sea) can also be visited on a pleasant cycle tour, in combination with a ride on the “Molli” narrow-gauge train.

    “Haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Das sagt doch alles. Positiv: Tolles Ferienhaus mit hoher Ausstattung. Sehr schöne und großzügige Zimmer. Herrliche Essecke und richtig gute Küche. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, das war für die Vierbeiner und uns ein Träumchen.”

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses war gut und reichhaltig. Die Betten waren bequem und das Haus war passend bezugsfertig. Die Lage war mit Hund super, da man toll um die Wohnanlage spazieren gehen kann. Rerik an sich war nicht so sehenswert, dafür Kühlungsborn und Umgebung. Auto muss für den Urlaub unbedingt sein! Im Haus war leider der Abfluss der unteren Dusche verstopft, die Tür des linken Schlafzimmers im 1. Stock machte bei Durchzug enormen Lärm und der Staubsauger war nicht funktionsfähig. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub!”

    “Wir waren von dem Haus total begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist super, z.B. die Anzahl der Lichtschalter und Steckdosen - hier wurde nicht gespart. Im Küchenbereich war auch von Allem reichlich da. Die Sauberkeit war auch Tiptop. Ich weis nicht was ich noch schreiben soll --> bestes Ferienhaus was wir je hatten!!! Hoffentlich bleibt es so.
