    “Das Anwesen liegt in einer Sackgasse in absolut ruhiger Lage (zumindest in der Vorsaison). Sehr große Liegewiese mit schön angelegtem Garten. In der Nähe gibt es diverse Bademöglichkeiten am Meer (teilweise sehr Kinder freundlich, weil flach). Begrüßt wird man von 4 bellenden Hunden, die im Laufe der Zeit zu Freunden werden.
    Der Vermieter wohnt im Gebäude, ist sehr freundlich und zückhaltend. Er kennt sich in der Umgebung gut aus und kann gute Tips geben. Er spricht neben seiner Mutterspache italienisch auch französisch.
    Anmerkung an den Anbieter: Das Anwesen nennt sich "Casa Vacanza Cerra" und nicht wie angegeben "Sun Studio". (Das ist ein anderes Objekt).”
