Generous, brand new holiday apartment with an interior in an industrial design

The accommodation is right in the centre of the town Quedlinburg on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few steps from the historical market square.

Your non-smoking holiday apartment provides modern comfort. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. A great flatscreen cable TV, a Blu-ray player and a mini stereo system are available. Your new, high-quality and fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove with a ceramic hob, fridge and freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box spring bed (160 x 200cm). There is also a modern real leather sofa bed (245 x 245cm) for two further guests in the living room. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Your holiday apartment is in a historical old granary in town. The house is about 13 metres high, so it is quite imposing, but is well-integrated into the townscape, as it is on a cul-de-sac not far from the Pfeifer bookshop on Heiligengeiststrasse. The granary was built in 1904. It has now been converted into a residential house with 8 apartments. During the renovation, attention was paid to preserving the old building structure, as well as to ecological building.

In the immediate vicinity, within 100 metres, you can find everything you might need: private butcher, bakery, bookshop, clothing, pharmacy, snack bars and restaurants, cafes, a jeweler, shoe shop etc…

    “Die Ferienwohnung haben wir liebvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und für 2 Personen plus Hund ist die Wohnung geräumig. Die Lage nahe dem Quedlinburger Stadtkern ist nur als ideal zu beschreiben, wobei dank der Stadtgestaltung trotzdem Ruhe herrscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.”
