Die Ausstattung mit Porzellan, Besteck und Kochtöpfen ist sehr einfach. Der Pool muss dringend saniert werden, die Farbe blättert ab und der Anblick ist für ein Bad nicht einladend.

    Für Mieter bitte Hinweis einfügen, dass im Souterrain ein Raum "vermietet" ist.
