Romantic natural stone house with a private swimming pool, leafy garden and terrace with a traditional stone grill

The fully detached holiday house is set on a 18000 square meter land that is full of olive trees and fruit trees. The location is not too far from Rhodes' beautifuly coast line and the high way for Diagoras airport.

The house has a lovely garden full of flowers and lovely trees. It is surrounded by a big piece of land, of 18000 square meters, full with olive trees and fruit trees, also there is a watercourse around it.the swimming pool is with active oxygen

The house is a wonderfully designed stone built house, set in a big olive yard. The style of the house is that of a country house, with rustic olive green wooden doors. Inside guests will find a separate bedroom and another area in the second living room. Both of these rooms have two double beds as well as fire places. Guests can also enjoy fantastic views from all the windows. Further there is a dining table for six and a computer table. There is an arch opening to the kitchen and the bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious.

There is a coop with chickens - you can help yourself to fresh eggs. The owner comes to feed the chickens and water the plants.

    “Das Oliveyardhouse ist ein Paradies mit vielen romantischen Plätze im Garten und rund um den Pool und bietet tagsüber genügend Schatten.
    Nikos kümmert sehr liebevoll um das Haus, den Garten und vor allem um die Gäste und zeigte uns sehr gerne seine vielen Früchte, Gemüse und Kräuter im Garten, die man auch essen darf. Die Begrüssung war grossartig mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank, Aperoplatte, Früchtekorb, Wein, ....
    Das wunderschöne Dörfchen Koskinou mit hervorragenden Tavernen ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

    Wir empfehlen das Haus sofort jedem weiter und danken Nikos ganz herzlich, dass wir unsere Ferien in seinem Haus verbringen durften.”
