This fabulous vacation villa with a spectacular private pool is located just a few meters from the sea. The unbeatable pool area allows you to enjoy spectacular views and absolute privacy to relax. The house has a barbecue area, several terraces, a well-kept garden and an inflatable jacuzzi. The 166 m² house is divided into two floors, each with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. On the first floor you will find a cozy living room with separate dining area and access to one of the terraces. You can reach La Cala de Mijas in less than 1 km. Here you will be offered all services and you will also find several golf courses in the area. A crib and high chair are available upon request. In front of the house on the street you can easily find parking.

    “Mooie en ruime vakantievilla met 4 goede slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Vooral het grote zwembad met de ruime terrassen en tuin is geweldig. Mooi uitzicht op zee. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met 5 volwassenen.”

Boligens ude areal herunder poolområdet levede ikke op til de meget fine fotos af huset på hjemmesiden. Poolen bar præg af manglende vedligehold, løse klinker på bunden, revnede fliser ved vandkanten, poolen var ikke fyldt op til overfladeafløb som skal filtrere overfladevandet, det gjorde at der på siderne var en fedtet og beskidt kant. Løse klinker flere steder på terrasse arealer, flere solsenge var i stykker. manglende belysning ved udendørs trappen til kælderlejlighed.
