This very attractive, modern holiday home with Mediterranean Sea views is located in a residential complex in Sant Pol de Ma, only 500 meters from the beach. The house is spread over 3 levels, with the pool at the front end. The entrance floor houses the spacious living / dining room with great terrace with barbecue and the kitchen. There is also a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to a fantastic sea view terrace and another bedroom. On the lowest floor of the house there is a bedroom with bathroom, which is very suitable for children, another bathroom and a laundry room. A few kilometres away by car you can reach Calella, a very popular tourist destination.

    Zustand Haus/Mobiliar (sehr spärlich vorhanden) 0 Punkte
    Zimmer (nur teilweise bewohnbar) 0 Punkte
    Pool (dreckig, Holzumrandung lose und gefährlich) 0 Punkte
    Ausstattung E- Geräte, sehr schlecht da entweder kaputt oder verdreckt
    Nur ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, Glasbruch an Fenstern und Schiebetüren, Klospülung funktioniert nicht, Wasserabfluss Waschbecken funktioniert nicht
    Ameisenstraßen durchs Haus
    Keller nicht betretbar da man es vor Gestank fast nicht aushält, definitiv nicht bewohnbar

    Das Haus ist der absolute Albtraum - leider wird man auch von Tui Villas und Novasol vor Ort im Stich gelassen!!! Buchen Sie dieses Haus (Villa????)nicht, außer sie haben Lust auf einen langen Rechtstreit. Urlaub sieht definitiv anders aus!!!
