    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist italienischer Standard. Die Lage ist 8 km außerhalb von San Teodoro unweit der vielbefahrenen SS 125. Der Verkehrslärm stört nur auf der Terasse, im Schlafbereich ist es ruhiger. Der Zustand ist nicht schlecht, jedoch könnte eine Renovierung im Außenbereich den Anblick etwas freundlciher gestalten (auch wird der Garten kaum gepflegt). Man hat Blick auf das etwa 4 km entfernte Meer und die teilweise weniger schönen Nachbargrundstücke. Die Mitarbeiter der Hausverwaltung sind nicht in der Nähe, sie reagieren auf Anfragen wg. technischer Mängel teilweise mit Verzögerung. Wer nicht so gut im Italienischen ist, kommt mit englichen Sprachkenntnissen weiter.
