The holiday apartment is on the outskirts of the town Friedrichshafen in the Fischbach district, only 600 metres from Lake Constance. The apartment is within the residential development ‘Neue Ortsmitte’. Nearby you can find an Edeka grocery shop, a train and bus stop, and it is just 600 metres to the lake and outdoor pool.
The 110m² holiday apartment is larger than comparable apartments, is on the second floor and can be accessed directly by lift from the underground garage. The apartment has a quality interior comprising: a bedroom with a double box spring bed (200 x 200cm) with a comfortable mattress, a bedroom with a box spring bed (160 x 200cm) and a comfortable mattress, a very big bathroom with a bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet, a separate guest WC, a wardrobe in the hall area, an open living and dining room with comprehensive kitchen equipment and a dining table for 6 people, a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven etc. There are 3 Smart TVs with high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment is barrier-free with wheelchair-accessible rooms. All the rooms except the bathroom have oak wood parquet flooring and underfloor heating.
The generous balcony is for up to 4 people. The house has an underground garage and a bicycle cellar.
Laundry facilities, an iron etc. are available on request, as well as a children’s travel bed, a highchair and a baby bath.
