Covered parking on the property with electric gate and video camera. Pets are welcome.

Only 200 meters from the house there is a beautiful bike path of over 22 km through the beautiful countryside of Lazio. The farmhouse is located 7 km from the city center of Rieti, capital of the historic region of Sabina and 75 km from Rome.
