From the center of Rapallo you can reach the medieval old town with stores, restaurants, the seafront with the old castle on the sea, symbol of the city and with numerous exhibitions, events and concerts throughout the year. Behind the town is the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Montallegro, place of pilgrimage and accessible by cable car, the only one in Liguria, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Gulf. Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Camogli, San Fruttuoso can be easily reached by train as well as by the numerous tourist boats that also go to Genoa and the Cinque Terre. Trekking routes on the promontory of Portofino and along the peaks of Tigullio. Snorkeling, diving, tennis, boat rentals, speedboat tours and fishing trips are also possible.
