Beautiful holiday home with private pool, 10 km from Béziers, on a large fenced plot. Only 20 minutes to the sea! This spacious and bright villa is ideal for a family or a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the peaceful surroundings of Thézan les Béziers, 25 km from the beach. The well-kept garden, which looks like a park, and a private pool ensure a pleasant stay. A shaded driveway offers space for 3 to 4 cars.
The interiors are decorated in warm, light pastel colours and flooded with light. Comfort and taste characterise this charming holiday home. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. From the large dining room, you can access the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The outdoor areas are beautifully designed, pleasant and beautifully landscaped. A large, spacious terrace surrounds the villa's pool (secured with a gate and alarm). There is also an adjoining toilet, which is very practical.
This holiday destination is ideal for discovering the beautiful region of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. Get a first glimpse of the region's landscapes by opting for a user-friendly discovery in a quad bike. In Thézan, you can book a quad bike at any time and receive the experienced help of a qualified instructor. A 6 km hiking trail leads from St Genies-de-Fontedit through vineyards and olive groves with magnificent views of the surrounding pechs (plateaus) in the scent of pine forests and garrigues. Many other sights in the vicinity of this holiday home are worth a visit: Fontcaude Abbey (12km), Bories de Creissan (14km), Cruzy and the volcanic balconies (28km).
