    “Huis is erg verouderd en in onveilige staat, matrassen zijn slecht, verlichting is niet OK in de meeste slaapkamers, ballustrades van de traphal zijn gevaarlijk, zeker met kleine kinderen. Alle ramen en deuren zijn aan vervanging toe, electriciteit moet vernieuwd worden. Dit zou niet meer mogen verhuurd worden in de staat waarin het zich bevindt.
