Beautiful Holiday Apartment in Rione Iv Campo Marzio with Whirlpool and Garden, Close to Trevi Fountain
The magnificent and spacious location of 775 sq.ft is situated in the middle of the historical center of Rome, in Piazza di Spagna, only 7.4 inches (or 65 feet) from the Spanish Steps in the pedestrian and exlusive shopping area.The apartment is situated on the sixth floor , directly under the roofterrace, of one of the most important and elegant buildings of the city with the boutiques and offices of the famous italian stylist Valentino on lower floors. Lift (elevator) is possible via another staircase in the building complex, then up and down a flight of stairs.. Luggage transport assistance is provided..Thanks to quick trains you can, if you like, also make day trips to the wider area and return to the apartment in the evening. Florence is only an hour and a half by train, Naples 65 minutes. A day trip is also possibile to Pompeii and Vesuvius. .

One bedroom is provided with a double kingsize-bed, the other one with a luxus-combination of two separate single beds with comfortable orthopedic mattresses and pull- out function. A crib is set up on request. There is also a living-area with armchair with pullout-mattress. The bathrooms are modern and exclusive, one with a whirlpool shower. The kitchen is furnished with fridge, refrigerator American and espresso coffee machine, a new dishwasher with a special hygiene programme, a microwave and a toaster. There are also a safe and some US outlets in the flat.Satellite TV including English speaking channels, gratis wi-fi (wlan), washing machine in the flat.. Well heated in Winter, well chilled in Summer with modern tecnology. There is also an elevator, up to the penultimate floor.The flat is ideal for families and/or two couples.
