The holiday home is located in a beachfront complex with 2 community pools and a tennis court. Fully renovated and furnished in a modern style. Especially noteworthy is the balcony overlooking the Atlantic and one of the pools, where you can spend many hours of relaxation. The house has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable 1.50m, access to the balcony and a bathroom with shower. The holiday home is comfortable and offers all the comforts to enjoy a pleasant holiday, such as air conditioning, free WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix, etc. From the complex you can access the promenade and the sandy beach. Just a few meters away there are endless bars, restaurants and small supermarkets. Candelaria is a coastal town halfway between the southern international airport and the capital, which makes it an ideal starting point for excursions, gastronomic tastings, cultural events and shopping enthusiasts. Hikers will find the nearby and mythical Barranco de Badajoz in Güimar and those who simply enjoy strolling, will find the long promenade with several small beaches. Despite having grown in recent years, Candelaria still retains the local atmosphere of a coastal town, which makes it an ideal option for travelers fleeing from crowded touristic centers.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
Groups of young people under 20 years are not permitted.

    “Tolle Wohnung mit großzügiger Ausstattung. Wir haben den kompletten Februar 2020 dort verbracht und nichts vermisst!
    Uns wurde viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zur Verfügung gestellt, zusätzlich mit einer persönlichen Willkommens-Note der Eigentümer - sehr nette Überraschung!

    Sehr sauber, frisch renoviert (in einer etwas älteren Anlage), neues und geschmackvolles Mobiliar.
    Schnelles Internet (passwort-geschütztes WLAN), Streaming-Monitor und extra TV (beides nur in Spanisch!).

    Hauptraum: grosse Küche mit Wohnen und Essen,ist aber etwas kleiner als die Bilder vermuten lassen.
    Schlafraum: getrennt durch Türe, grosse Einzelbetten (lassen sich zusammen schieben), viel Stauraum.
    Bad: neue Dusche, neuer Waschtisch, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett. Wir empfehlen, die Abflüsse abzudecken (selten, aber dann lästiger Kanalgeruch).

    Geschützter überdachter Balkon mit Meer- und Poolblick.
    Bild Nr. 26 (Stand 02/2020) zeigt die Aussenseite des nicht so schönen Gebäudes zum Parkplatz und Strasse hin. Die Wohnung liegt auf der anderen Seite!

    Am Wochenende füllt sich die Anlage mit (hautsächlich) Spaniern. Dann wird's etwas geräuschvoller, lässt einen aber auch ins spanische Leben eintauchen.
    Der Tennisplatz befindet sich an der abgewandten Gebäudeseite, dürft nicht stören (er wurde die ganze Zeit nicht benutzt).

    Ein Pool befindet sich innerhalb der Anlage, ein zweiter (Richtung Meer, Stand 02/2020: Bild Nr. 1 bis 3) wird zur Zeit renoviert.

    In fussläufiger kurzer Entfernung: Schöne, gepflegte Strände mit Liegen-Vermietung, Kneipen, Restaurants, Cafés am Meer ... ebene Strandpromenade bis Calendaria (2-3 km). Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen mit Steigungen. Mit dem Bus 25-30 min. bis Santa Cruz.”
