Apartment Murtalblick

Ground floor apartment with stunning mountain views of the Mur valley The apartment is located in a two-story house, which has a sunny south west facing terrace overlooking the incredible views of the Mur valley. The village, which is set on a hillside overlooking the Mur valley is located just outside the town of Pöls, and about 10Kms from Judenburg. The apartment has 50m ² living space which includes living/dining area, two bedrooms, kitchen area and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker and various kitchen appliances. If you just want to relax the Aqualux Therma Spa is only 15Km's away at Fohnsdorf. For motor racing enthusiasts, the Red Bull Ring is only 25Kms away. The circuit although only re-opened in 2011 as the Red Bull Ring, has a long history holding major events such as Formula 1, was formerly known as the A1 Ring and before that the famous Österreichring. Some of the Local Ski Areas are Lachtal, Kreischberg, Grebenzen, Gaaler Lifte, Hohentauern, Praebichl. The climate in Austria is widely continental with the Eastern edge of the country stretching into the Pannonian climate zone. It is typical for Central Europe with cold winters (going down to minus 20 degrees Celsius) and hot and sunny summers (going up to 35 degrees Celsius during some days in August). The coldest months are January and February, the hottest July and August.

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt obwohl wir knapp 2 Tage ohne Strom und warmes Wasser waren da schwere Unwetter in der Steiermark gewütet haben. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung anssich hat einen etwas feuchten Geruch was aber bestimmt am Alter und des viel verbauten Holzes liegt. Gut durchlüften und gut.
    Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas abglegen in einem kleinen Tal zwischen Bäumen und Bergen. In kurzer Zeit kann man aber dennoch Pöls erreichen und hat dort gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Internet ist eher mau.
    Wir werden die Unterkunft gerne wieder besuchen! Positiv: Die Einrichtung war sehr gut. Alles was man auch zuhause im "täglichen Leben" benötigt war eigentlich vorhanden.”

    “Wel een compleet huis waar alles aanwezig was.
    Een trap van dertig treden naar de entree vraagt een goede mobiliteit. Positiv: Het terras zowel zon als schaduw dankzij de twee bomen en de rustige locatie! Negativ: Een sober en somber huis.
    Een krappe douchecabine, het water liep slecht weg(geldt ook de wastafel)”

    “Sehr Süßes ruhig gelegenes Häuschen. Leider sehr feucht und muffig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer gestalltet sich schwierig da dieser in GB lebt.”

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden; hoffentlich bleiben die großen Bäume vor der Terrasse stehen und vielleicht wird auch noch W-Lan eingerichtet Positiv: alles vorhanden was man braucht; Einrichtung, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind neu; Heizung funktioniert Negativ: es stimmt zwar, dass die FeWo etwas muffig riecht, wenn man sie betritt, aber es ist halt ein Ferienhaus im Grünen”
