This beautiful villa is located in Modica, Sicily has three bedrooms, where a total of six people can stay comfortably. The house is perfect for family holidays. The villa has a private pool where you can cool off on a hot summer day.

The house is just 7.5 km from the sea in Pozzallo, but it is also conveniently located to explore the Mediterranean coast of Sicily. Restaurants including a pizzeria are available 3 km away and for the party-goers nightlife is 8 km away. There is also a public outdoor pool and an indoor pool at 8 km.

The house is equipped. You can enjoy a barbeque in the enclosed garden whereas you can also enjoy the panoramic view from the terrace. You can also prepare your meals in the outdoor kitchen of the house.

For those who want to spend seaside holidays, the Sicilian sea is wonderful and you can not leave without having a dive even if there is so much to see around you.

The cities we recommend to visit during your stay are Ragusa, Syracuse, Agrigento and Nicolosi. Als the area around the Etna is worth the while for nice walks.

In Modica center you can find all the services you need from bars and restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls and banks. But more than anything it's a beautiful city to see, do not forget to go to Modica alta as well.

    “Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick vom Grundstück. Das Haus ist sehr sauber perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts! Der wunderschöne Garten mit vielen Blumen, Obst- und Olivenbäumen, Kräutern und anderen Pflanzen ist sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar für Fragen und gibt gern Tipps.”
