Since I have decided to rent my beautiful apartments to tourists, my house has been filled with live, joy and positive energy. I met many interesting and nice people and that’s what I love most. I tried to create modern, bright and spacious apartments where my guests feel soon like home from home.



Merano, the world-famous spa town, renowned for its new thermal baths and for the award-winning botanical garden of Trauttmansdorff, is only a few minutes drive away. Bolzano with its historic centre and real Italian flair can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Explore the breath-taking Dolomites, the Mediterranean Lake Garda, the stunning Lake Caldaro with its surrounding vineyards, or simply enjoy the wonderful mountain views.

South Tyrol is well-known for its various culinary delights and distinguished restaurants. Here you can enjoy traditional meals such as “Knödel” or “Schluzer”, but also Italian classics like pasta and lasagne.

    “Positiv: Die Architektur und die tolle Raumaufteilung mit dem sehr großen Wohn- Küchenraum, der Ausblick und der sehr nette Vermieter. Negativ: Leider kein Fenster in den Schlafräumen, dafür aber eine Frischluftanlage.”

    “Ich danke vielmals für Euren Kommentar und bin glücklich, dass ihr die Wohnung genossen habt. Die Durchflutung der Wohnung mit Frischluft über 24 Stunden ist die Kompensation für die geschlossenen Fenster in den Schlafräumen. Tiefe Ruhe wird so gewährleistet. Danke auch vielmals für den Hinweis, dass die Vorgänger Gäste ein paar Töpfe und eine Pfanne nicht wirklich sauber hinterlassen haben. Durch den schnellen Gäste Wechsel am gleichen Tag ist dies leider nicht kontrollierbar. Wir bemühen uns um größtmögliche Sauberkeit und sind dankbar für solche Hinweise.
