Design Villa close to canal with private boat dock
The villa is situated in a sought-after location at a channel junction south-west of Cape Coral Parkways. There are several restaurants in vicinity which can easily be reached in a short walk or by bicycle. It is an ideal starting point for boat tips and it is only a short distance to the harbour. A private jetty is on the premises. Excursions to Caloosahatschee-River, Pine Island and to the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island with their famous array of shells are the obvious thing to do. Fort Myers Beach with its large number of leisure attractions and trending beach bars and restaurants offer a nice change as well.The villa which is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees offers the highest living standard for discerning customer. The villa offers 4 bicycles and 2 fishing poles, sun lounges, a cool box and a sunshade for the beach and a lot more. The villa is completely equipped with dishes, linen, towels, beach towels, and American fridge with icemakers and everything you need while you stay with us. On the terrace you find a luxury barbeque. Obviously: We offer high speed internet and local phone calls for free, television with more than a 150 programs in HD quality.The Villa has three individual furnished bedrooms. The Master bedroom with a huge bathroom and a king sized bed, another room - although with a king sized bed and third bedroom with Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.The generous open-plan living area includes a cosy living room, a kitchen with bar and a dining room. From everywhere you have a stunning view on the outside area with pool and the canal behind. The terrace with a heated pool invites you to relax, sun bath and have a BBQ with your family and friends. A total of 11,5% tax (5% tourist tax and 6,5% sales tax) has to be added to the rent and the final cleaning.
