Das Ferienhaus steht auf dem Wohngrundstück des Vermieters in Gartenlage, ca. 250 m vom Strand entfernt. Es verfügt über einen kleinen Wohnbereich im Eingangsbereich (Schlafcouch , Flachbild-TV, Radio), ein Schlafraum (Doppelbett und Polsterliege), eine Küche (E-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Essecke, div. Küchengeräte), ein Bad mit DU/WC sowie Zentralheizung.
 
Die Deckenhöhe variiert in den einzelnen Räumen zwischen 2,10 m und 2,20 m. Vorhanden sind Kinderbett,eine möblierte Terrasse, Sonnenliegen, Grill, Kinderspielplatz und PKW-Stellplatz.
 
Im Gesamtpreis enthalten sind Bettwäsche, Wasser, Energie und Endreinigung. Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Vor Ort zu zahlen: Kurtaxe.
In diesem Objekt ist die Mitreise eines kleinen Haustieres erlaubt (3 EUR/Ü. vor Ort). Haustiere müssen mit der Buchung angemeldet werden. Sollte ein uchungsvermerk nicht möglich sein, muss eine Nachmeldung erfolgen.



Lubmin ist ein Seebad am Greifswalder Bodden in schöner Waldlandschaft. Bis zur Hansestadt Greifswald sind es ca. 20 km. Der Ort hat eine Seebrücke mit Schiffsanleger, ein modernes Sportcenter, breiten Sandstrand (auch FKK), Fahrrad und Tretbootverleih, diverse gastronomische und Verkaufseinrichtungen. Ponyreiten und Kremserfahrten sind möglich.
