Welcome to the Waldhaus EICHHÖRNCHEN in Bad Schmiedeberg - spa, royal residence as well as hiking and cycling town.
The house is located on the western edge of the spa town of Bad Schmiedeberg.
It is situated in an extremely quiet location, almost directly at the entrance to the Dübener Heide.
Here you will find peace, space, recreation and relaxation in the middle of nature.
The Waldhaus EICHHÖRNCHEN has room for up to 6 people.
Seen from the driveway, it stands 50m to the rear on a 1,500sqm large property, which is fenced in with a hunter's fence.
The very large neighbouring plots with beautiful trees give a feeling of being alone in the middle of the forest.
There are two large terraces (morning and evening terrace) with solid wood benches.
From the west terrace you can watch squirrels nibbling at the food box several times a day.
It is a high quality equipped, fully cellared wooden log house with approx. 120 m² of living and usable space.
The house can be booked in all seasons.
Excellent natural insulation (2x 7cm thick pine beams and 10cm cork in the space between them), a fireplace in the living room, underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators in the ground floor and cellar ensure cosy warmth even in severe winters.
In the basement of the house there is also a sauna and a relaxation room with shower, which is also suitable for overnight stays (double bed).
The top floor has two bedrooms with smart TV, separated by a curtain.
The living room with Smart-TV and leather seating area is directly adjacent to the kitchen.
Numerous hunting trophies on the walls enhance the character of the forest house. All those who like to bathe in the forest can dive into the surrounding forest from the property.
There is also a garage for storing bicycles, prams and other leisure equipment.
Up to six vehicles can be parked on the property free of charge.
