As its Spanish name says, Pedra Vista is an attractive stone-built villa with 3 bedrooms and airy interiors full of traditional character. It is located at the foot of the Boquer mountains and is surrounded by large, well-maintained gardens with private pool. The villa is uniquely located less than 1km away from the sought after resort of Puerto Pollensa, therefore within easy walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and sandy beach. The terrace overlooks the delightful private pool and the surrounding gardens with lawn. It is provided with a built-in barbecue perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying the wonderful evenings views of the sun hiding behind the mountains.
