Up to date living in a historic house. We have 4 appartments up to 6 persons, cosy and spacious furnished. Offroad, but centrally locally in Mauterndorf. You reach ski bus-crosscontry trail, bakery, groccery and restaurants within a minutes walk. In summer you may relax in my garden, have easy and comfort, while children have there own corner. Garden Chalet, Grill-Corner, Table-Tennis and so on. There are enough parking direct in front of the house.

approx 70m² for 5 persons, kitchen and integrated living corner. 1 bedroom, ( 3 beds ) and two beds in the living room ,shower, WC and tub and one sep. toilett.
Sheets towels (also for the kitchen), heating and power is inclusive.
cable - TV, WLAN and radio. Electric stove with oven, coffeemaker, dishes, dishwasher and tiled stove.
