Our GUTZINGERHOF is situatet on the sunny slopes of the Kleinkirchheim valley, is one of the most traditional farms of the town in a most attractive position. In our house are six sunny,new comfort stone pine appartements with southfacing balcony. There is also a sauna and a gym for our guests. A further convenience is a daily breakfast service of homemade products from our farm. This is an ideal place for children to play and get to know life on a farm. The Bad Kleinkirchheim spas (Römerbad, Alpentherme St. Kathrein), cable cars (25 ropeways and ski lifts),as well as excellent restaurants and shops are in near vicinity and within easy walking distance.
