The guesthouse, dating back to the 18th century, is a listed building and particularly suitable for groups or larger families who like to spend self-catering holidays amid nature. Deluxe amenities are not available. The covered terrace and the large garden offer enough space for relaxing, sunbathing, playing and barbecuing, or simply enjoying the beauty of the Alpine scenery. Breakfast and dinner can be booked at Alpengasthof Köfels located below.

Other: A security deposit of EUR 200.00 must be paid in cash on arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full after the guesthouse has been checked and if no damages were found.

PLEASE NOTE: on departure, you as a customer have to make a basic cleaning - regardless of the end-of-stay cleaning made by us as owners. It includes the cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom/shower/WC, wiping of the floors, vacuum cleaning of all rooms and disposal of garbage!
