Light, bright duplex apartment with full sea view directly to the beach promenade (located at the height of Backbord) suitable for 2-3 persons.

No lift. High quality equipment, three rooms, two balconies to the sea and to the edge of the green (Grünstrand). Kitchen laid out with tiles, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, baking oven, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine, child's high chair and baby bed. Hallway with wardrobe. Dining room with dining table, chairs, cupboard. Bright and light bathroom with window and WC, bathtube with integrated shower (shower enclosure). Living room laid out with a design floor (plastic material, low emissions and free of solvents and chlorine), sofa set (fold out to a sofa bed), open wall unit. Music system. Two balconies with balcony furniture (during summertime) and beach chair. Staircase to the upper floor with bedroom, double bed (2 mattresses, with each 2,00 x 0,90m, open foot end), wardrobe, build-in closet, WC for guests with window. Awning available.

Non-smoking apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the basement. Small dogs only on request (€ 5.00 per night).

Washing machine and dryer available and located in the basement with extra charge (with coin slot).

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Easy cancellation warranty:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.

    “Lots of lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance. We would love to come here again. Positiv: Fantastic location with amazing views. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. We would highly recommend it to anyone. Restaurant: Leopolds - Friendly restaurant with great food. Not directly on the sea front.”
